I don't know about You? But keeping my Brain sharp after I turned 60 was a huge priority for me! So we invited "Cognitive Brain Experts" from all over the USA to send us their "Best Healthy Brain Practices" and "Recommendations" for Baby Boomers over 60+!

And Guess what? We got a "Ton" of amazing Expert Advice and great ideas that are simple, easy to implement, and cost very little or NO Money!

#1 SOCIAL CONNECTIONS! ---------

Whether it's meeting a friend, attending a seminar, going to a sports event, or joining a social club you have an interest in.  Social Connections are a must after you turn 60+ and even more important after 70!

Social Connection supports brain health and function, its a proven medical fact!

People who become isolated and are alone all day have a 45% more chance of mental decline and early dementia symptoms. Their brain health literally disappears, just like a muscle you never use, the function and ability to use it goes away.

So go out and find a friend, a relative, an old professional associate and start laughing it up, have fun, tell jokes, and act like you are 21 again! It's the best thing you can do to keep life going and worth living!

#2 Get Moving!

The best health investment you can make is to go out a purchase a good pair of "Walking Shoes!"

Brain Health and Physical Movement go hand-and-hand! They support each other! You don't have to be an Olympian! Find a local walking group for people over 60+ most communities have groups of "Active Agers" who get together weekly and walk trails, neighborhoods, sports tracks, etc.

It's also a great way to make new friends and social connections! So you are doing it all at the same time. Like the old AD said: JUST DO IT!

Try: YOGA, Pickleball, Swimming, Climbing Stairs, Resistance Exercise!

#3 Getting Good Quality Sleep!

Our experts could not send us enough thoughts on getting a good nights sleep after 60+. They all said they guard their sleep like a watch dog! Sleep resets the brain and body, keeps you young and gives you the energy you need to make it through the day.

Don't underestimate and benefits of a good nights sleep!

#4 A Healthy Diet!

Hey we are not saying you can't go out once in a while and have a pizza and some beers with friends! I do it all the time! But, like anything if that's all you are doing? Well aging is not going to be good to you. A balanced diet is your best defense against disease and other old age problems.

I know this sounds like a "Broken Record" but it's makes so much sense our experts had to chime it on it. One of our guys said: "Eat Like You Love Yourself!" -- Now that is Great Advice!

Feel free to comment and send ideas, love to hear from you!
